  • Prices are in Pounds (£) Sterling.
  • Prices are per property based on a stay of 7 nights. Prices include bed linen and towels and £10 of electricity. Electricity usage is determined by meter reading with any excess charged at the electricity company standard rate.
  • All major credit/debit cards accepted as well as personal cheque.
  • For 2008, weeks are booked Friday to Friday for The Bakehouse
  • For 2008, weeks are booked Saturday to Saturday for Granary Cottage, The Hayloft and Scrumpy Cottage
  • Short Breaks are not normally accepted for Granary and Hayloft more than two weeks ahead in July, August, over Easter and at half-terms, or more than four weeks ahead in June and September
    • 2 night breaks start Friday/Saturday @ 55% rate
    • 3 night breaks start Friday/Saturday @ 70% rate
    • 4 night breaks start Monday @ 70% rate
    • Other breaks by arrangement
    • Please note: Granary cottage is only available for short breaks of 3 or 4 nights. 2 night breaks will be charged at 3-night rate
  • We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at Home Farm in any of the cottages.
  • Home Farm has a no smoking policy in all cottages
  • Laundry can be washed and dried by arrangement at a charge of £6 per load.

Terms and conditions

  • A deposit of £75/week is required at the time of booking, and the balance of the price is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. All bookings made less than 6 weeks ahead will be charged in full at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, the following refunds apply:
    More than 8 weeks aheadFull refund less £25 administration fee
    6-8 weeks ahead50% refund
    4-6 weeks ahead25% refund
    Less than 4 weeks aheadFull price is payable
