  • Prices are in Pounds (£) Sterling.
  • Prices are per property based on a stay of 7 nights. Prices include bed linen and towels and £15 of electricity. Electricity usage is determined by meter reading with any excess charged at the electricity company standard rate.
  • Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards accepted
  • Weeks are booked Friday to Friday for The Bakehouse and The Hayloft
  • Weeks are booked Saturday to Saturday for Granary Cottage, Fry’s Barn and Scrumpy Cottage
  • We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at Home Farm in any of the cottages.
  • Home Farm has a no smoking policy in all cottages
  • Laundry can be washed and dried by arrangement at a charge of £6 per load.

Short breaks

  • Short breaks by arrangement – price guide: 2 nights 55% of weekly rate, 3 nights (weekend) 72% of weekly rate, 4 nights (midweek) 72% of weekly rate; other breaks/prices on enquiry.
  • Minimum stay in Granary 3 nights.
  • Short breaks July/August and over Easter available 2 weeks ahead only.

Terms and conditions

  • A deposit of £75/week is required at the time of booking, and the balance of the price is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. All bookings made less than 6 weeks ahead will be charged in full at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, the following refunds apply:
More than 8 weeks ahead Full refund less £25 administration fee
6-8 weeks ahead 50% refund
4-6 weeks ahead 25% refund
Less than 4 weeks ahead Full price is payable
