Harry and Archie with a new friend – Fergus – at the top of nearby Crook Peak. A lovely walk just a mile from the Cottage and 360 views all around to Glastonbury Tor, the North Devon coast, the Brecons, the Somerset flats and the Severn estuary.   Bring your walking gear with you.  We, I mean you, wont regret it!

The Mendip Hills, and Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty – a short walk straight from the Cottage with 360 views all around to Glastonbury Tor, the North Devon coast, the Brecons, the Somerset flats and the Severn estuary.  I (Archie), like it up here – helps to keep my weight down.

Hello – I am Harry, and I also live here with Archie at Home Farm – let your owners know to bring a ball when they come please.  We love the views across the valley.. My favourite walk.

Jess and her Mum came and stayed in Scrumpy in February 2017.  Free biscuits on arrival! Scrummy Scrumpy.

Sid the Spaniel up on Crook Peak with me (Harry, the cuddly one), and Archie and Fergus. Gosh Sid was fit!

Hi – this is me above –  Archie – I am the owner of this property.  Just checking around my field for any weeds so that I can let the staff (Mike and Ruth), know of the problem…  Cockapoo country we call it.

Hi my name is Barra – I am a Red Setter – and a very beautiful one even if I have to say so myself.  I am good as gold on the lead…  King of the Castle (or rather King of the nearby peak…).

Harry here again – just helping the local farmer gets the cows into a straight line. Ably assisted by my friend Archie of course (he is the tough looking one with the teddy in his mouth).

Willow after a good brush – she loved it here – two fields to run around in all day.

Ted was a recent visitor that some humans brought along to play with us. He was a bit lively for a little’un!

Pepsi here – I loved my cottage (Hayloft), but my owners made me run 10km every day before I got my dinner.  Here I am trying to look cute with Dad – the parents need reminding its food time sometimes!

Time for a scotch please (on the rocks).

Whilst messing around in the river – tra la la.  Had the owners put in this stream for hot days.  Just 15 minutes walk across the Loxton Valley at the bottom of Home Farm.

Hey we are cute!  Just having a nice week in Hayloft cottage.  Far too much walking going on though!
